At Brevard Screen Printing, we specialize in bulk screen printing and embroidery with a commitment to high-quality production and standout service. We’re a woman and LGBTQ+ owned small business that values community, creativity, and clear communication. We're looking for a part-time receptionist / customer service rep who thrives in a creative environment.
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in keeping jobs moving smoothly from first quote to final pickup. This is a hands-on, front desk position ideal for someone organized, personable, and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Gather and accurately input customer information into our system
- Respond to quote requests and calculate pricing using our quote calculator
- Coordinate with our graphics department to ensure artwork meets customer needs
- Create and send proof approval forms
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Order garments from approved vendors
- Create purchase orders
- Track production progress and communicate order status to customers
- Contact customers when orders are complete and ready for pickup
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Appreciated):
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to print screen transparency films using our in-house equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented business environment
- Willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes
Pay Rate
- $17-$20 / hour depending on experience level
